Gabrielle Quintana Greenfield

Gabrielle runs political media strategy and competitive intelligence for Democratic committees, outside groups, and corporate clients through Amplify Media Strategy, our media buying arm.

Since 2021 she has directed multi-million dollar linear and digital programs for clients including American Bridge 21st Century, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus’ BOLD PAC, the Environmental Defense Action Fund, and Project 218—and manages corporate and legal media buying nationally. That work is built on the independent expenditure experience she developed at the committees: she served as Battlefield Director and Deputy IE Director at the DCCC, directing budgets and stakeholder relationships across the full congressional map, then ran political operations as Political Director at the DSCC.

Before the committees, Gabrielle managed congressional campaigns and political action committees at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Her campaign leadership was central to the 2017 Virginia cycle—managing the efforts that elected Governor Ralph Northam and delivered Democratic majorities in the House of Delegates for the first time in a generation.

Gabrielle holds a B.A. in Public Policy and American Institutions from Brown University, where she moonlighted as a DJ at Providence’s alt-rock station WBRU. She lives with her family in Washington, DC but is a Philadelphia Eagles fan forever.
